The new car was handed over with sensor issues affecting almost everything! Initially it the permanent message that the tailgate was open meaning also that the rear camera wouldn't work. This should all have been checked and sorted before handover.

I was told that my rear brake pads needed to be replaced, They didn't do this on the day my car was in for a service, I took it to another garage who told me that they were not worn to the point they needed replacing.

It takes a long time to check the car in and out. I'd like to hand over the key and go rather than wait in the coffee area. Then waiting while someone updates the computer system before going. It seems excessive. Otherwise very satisfied.
