We were informed that a central system issue meant that as we ordered in Q4 2025 but taking in delivery in Q1 2026 the contribution from the dealership was not pulling across. This resulted in the collection being delayed by a week.

We were called to come and collect the car. My husband got dropped off (the person who dropped him off then left). Our car was unable to be moved off the ramp so I had to collect my husband which made me late for my evening appointment. There's more

No confirmation of service booking date /request for courtesy car. Wasn't informed that a cost would be incurred for said car is this a new policy ? No prior communication re cost Never paid for one in the past!
