Nowadays a new car purchase seems to be a paperless experience which some older purchasers don't feel comfortable with. Vertu Motors/Mini should take note of this and offer an alternative.

We were initially nervous as were looking for a car through the motability scheme and thought we might be treated differently however we had the process explained clearly to us and our little boy was made to feel really special when we collected.

delay taking my car in to service so wasn't ready by the end of day. needed some extra work and again delay getting started so wasn't ready to collect the next day. They were very helpful giving me a lift to an appointment, day 3 then to pick up car.

Horns failed so rang roadside assistance as app said driving the car illegal. The call handler was reluctant but eventually a guy arrived, couldn't fix it and so made a 'referral appointment' which would get priority. It didn't, not expected either

I waited for my Mini healthcheck for 2.5 hours, asked at reception, to be told my keys had been put in the wrong place and the car hadn't been started! I had also asked that my cable be checked as the connector gets hot when charging - no feedback!

Superb customer service. Everything was really clear. As it was an insurance claim, the staff at Mini Vertu Exeter took care of everything, even sorting the hire car. The damage repair was seamless so I couldn't even tell there had been an issue.

The service I was advised would take between 2-2.5 hours. I delivered the car for service at 19:30. However did not see the car until after 3:30!! I asked as I gave a dog so brought her with me as 2-2.5 hours was acceptable to have her with me!

I went in for a brake fluid change and quoted £240 after a challenge as VW would do for £85 I got down to £110. After vehicle technician completed work and health check I was scare mongered into struts brakes quote that was £4000.

The car was collected from my home and delivered back to me afterwards. I was sent a video of some of the MOT work which was interesting. My car was washed and vacuumed before being returned to me. Very good service.
