The sales team, particularly Charlotte and Jermaine, were most helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Charlotte and Jermaine were fantastic from start to finish. They both provided excellent service and never failed to help with any questions and got everything sorted for me so quickly. I could not fault my experience.

Nowadays a new car purchase seems to be a paperless experience which some older purchasers don't feel comfortable with. Vertu Motors/Mini should take note of this and offer an alternative.

The whole process went very smoothly and Charlotte was very good and helpful the only downside was vertu does not allow you to telephone the dealership direct you have to go through a call centre 300 miles away

The service I was advised would take between 2-2.5 hours. I delivered the car for service at 19:30. However did not see the car until after 3:30!! I asked as I gave a dog so brought her with me as 2-2.5 hours was acceptable to have her with me!
