The sales team, particularly Charlotte and Jermaine, were most helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Nowadays a new car purchase seems to be a paperless experience which some older purchasers don't feel comfortable with. Vertu Motors/Mini should take note of this and offer an alternative.

The whole process went very smoothly and Charlotte was very good and helpful the only downside was vertu does not allow you to telephone the dealership direct you have to go through a call centre 300 miles away

It was booked in for an MOT and summer check while I waited. A lady booked me in at 08.30 but after waiting over 2 hours, on asking for an update I was eventually told it had not been started.
