Our main sales person ( Charlotte) was welcoming, knowledgeable and completely on the ball . Tha car arrived earlier than expected and everything with it seems to be as ordered.

We were initially nervous as were looking for a car through the motability scheme and thought we might be treated differently however we had the process explained clearly to us and our little boy was made to feel really special when we collected.

Mostly a straightforward process. Charlotte was excellent 'on the ground' . Mini Finance were less helpful which took the shine off things a little. We got there in the end.

Confusion between the service desk staff about our car so I had an unnecessary trip into Exeter when the car was not ready to pickup

I was asked to bring the car in for 9.30am and that it would be seen within four hours. When I returned four hours later, the car had not moved from where I had left it. I had left the keys in a locker having registered the car into the machine.
