We were initially nervous as were looking for a car through the motability scheme and thought we might be treated differently however we had the process explained clearly to us and our little boy was made to feel really special when we collected.

Mostly a straightforward process. Charlotte was excellent 'on the ground' . Mini Finance were less helpful which took the shine off things a little. We got there in the end.

We were informed that a central system issue meant that as we ordered in Q4 2025 but taking in delivery in Q1 2026 the contribution from the dealership was not pulling across. This resulted in the collection being delayed by a week.

I was asked to bring the car in for 9.30am and that it would be seen within four hours. When I returned four hours later, the car had not moved from where I had left it. I had left the keys in a locker having registered the car into the machine.

From reporting the faults it was 8 weeks before I could get an appointment, which is terrible. I can only assume so many Mini's and BMWs are breaking down the workshop is overloaded. When I did get see Kiera was great and the work completed well.

Everything was managed well with good online check in etc. They did order the wrong mirror so kept my car for an extra day. It was delivered back to me but they had forgotten to wash it so I needed to go back the following day. Staff were polite

We were called to come and collect the car. My husband got dropped off (the person who dropped him off then left). Our car was unable to be moved off the ramp so I had to collect my husband which made me late for my evening appointment. There's more
