Fantastic! Very enthusiastic and friendly staff, thank you Cameron and Chris. Dropped one star simply because there was some pressure to collect the car before the end of March when this was planned for April and it was somewhat inconvenient.

We were informed that a central system issue meant that as we ordered in Q4 2025 but taking in delivery in Q1 2026 the contribution from the dealership was not pulling across. This resulted in the collection being delayed by a week.

Firendly, no pressure, not trying to upsale all the time or pushing finance schemes. Good part exchange price very fare in the process. Charlotte the sales person worked hard for me as well as mini.

Chrys is a great ambassador for the brand. From test drive to delivery, he was knowledgeable, friendly & professional; his comms were efficient and most importantly, he wasn't pushy! Cameron was i/c the handover which went very smoothly.

I had to wait about 20 minutes for a courtesy car even though it was requested when booking and confirmed the day before as I had to get to work. I was offered a complimentary clean and was disappointed to find that this hadn't been done

My car was failed on its MOT for a faulty wiper blade. I cannot believe that I was not called about this to authorise a new wiper blade before it was failed. I am still waiting for a promised call from the customer care manager about this .

But, having dropped the car at 08:30 for an MOT, I was called at about 15:30-16:00 to say they had done the vehicle check and found that all four tyres would fail and therefore had not done the MOT and couldn't replace the tyres that day.

What should have been a simple puncture repair took 4 days with poor communication and no coordination. I was passed between teams, had to chase updates and no courtesy car was provided. I still need documents to complete my tyre insurance claim.

1 star off for still missing the video from the vehicle visual inspection. This has happened every year for the last 5 years. I have to chase it each year, but this year, I've not heard back. Otherwise, excellent service all round. Happy customer

Overall satisfied. However, there were significant gaps after asking questions about the report provided after 1st service. Left a voice mail (which was replied by AI) with no follow up. And an e mail sent to contact person at Exeter. No response

Although the most recent visit was fine, it shouldn't have been necessary as the work was supposed to have been undertaken on a previous visit. I'm also not really impressed with your online check in, haphazard inspections and job pricing.

Experience a staff member who obviously didn't know how to deal with another customer before me, who was totally obnoxious in his use of words towards her, and it felt she hadn't had any training for these situations which didn't help the situation.
