Staff at Vertu were good but the did not have the ability / product to sell me the car I really wanted

They were incredibly helpful and kept me informed from the beginning of my purchase to the handover. Emails and telephone calls were promptly answered. After sales care has been excellent.

When initially arriving at Service reception desk although there was one manned available check in desk, I felt for a while that I had suddenly become invisible as there was no acknowledgement that I had been seen and was waiting to be checked in.

It was noted that the oil was half way up the dipstick and was quoted £99 for topping up half a litre of oil.
