Chrys is a great ambassador for the brand. From test drive to delivery, he was knowledgeable, friendly & professional; his comms were efficient and most importantly, he wasn't pushy! Cameron was i/c the handover which went very smoothly.

I paid for my car to be cleaned it looked like it had been given a wipe over with a cloth and I paid for two new wheel no way do the wheels look new won't be coming to you again!!

Keira was very efficient and charming. When we phoned to book the MOT we were not advised it was due for a service.

I booked my car in for service saying that I'd leave it there but then I said I'd wait for it and they did the service quickly for me.

I had to wait about 20 minutes for a courtesy car even though it was requested when booking and confirmed the day before as I had to get to work. I was offered a complimentary clean and was disappointed to find that this hadn't been done

My car was failed on its MOT for a faulty wiper blade. I cannot believe that I was not called about this to authorise a new wiper blade before it was failed. I am still waiting for a promised call from the customer care manager about this .

I went with what I was told by the windscreen fitter was a camera software issue, but mini still charged me for the camera calibration. So bit disappointed with the service
