If i could give 20 stars to my sales assistant, I would. She went way above the excellent. The building of the car, the explanations, the finance were all made clear and I got exactly what I wanted. Her passion for the product shone through.

Experience a staff member who obviously didn't know how to deal with another customer before me, who was totally obnoxious in his use of words towards her, and it felt she hadn't had any training for these situations which didn't help the situation.

Service fine. Unbelievably complex process to try and book on line (gave up and phoned) and overly complex to 'check in'. Frankly, it's a car not a spaceship - you know the age and mileage - tell me what I need to book. Cleaning was poor.

The booking in arrangements were very unsatisfactory. The booking in time was changed, the duration of the service was extended, my arrangements for the day were disrupted. As collection was difficult, the car was delivered to me next day.

My winter health check was carried out in the time quoted and my car was handed back to me having been washed and vacuumed.

I was persuaded to leave the car a little longer than I had planned so that it could have a complementary wash and vacuum. Big disappointment when I found it had not been. Not the first time either with a Vertu dealership. Pretty rubbish really!

Thankfully, the intervention of Gareth Cornell ensured the issue was resolved but even then there were still some communication challenges i.e. when the car was collected there was no courtesy car delivered as was promised.

On checking in for our Mini's first service, our prepaid service plan was not recorded and we were asked to pay for the service. We waited 3.5 hours for it to be completed. The video and checklist have not been received despite two requests.

They were able to accommodate me turning up early, which was really helpful. Although the car was ready, there was a wait. This is really random, but I don't like the men having to wear white shirts, they look like they're on day release from school

I tried ringing a couple of times on the Wednesday about my tyre issue and couldn't get through and was told someone would ring me back, which they didn't. Finally managed to get through to the service department and explain the issue with my tyre.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff, explained what we were to expect our car to go through as it was in for a re-call. We were given complementary bus tickets to allow us to get into Exeter as the job would be expected to take 6 hours.
