Although the most recent visit was fine, it shouldn't have been necessary as the work was supposed to have been undertaken on a previous visit. I'm also not really impressed with your online check in, haphazard inspections and job pricing.

Had an issue which is covered by warranty and wanted that confirmed. Car was taken in and a loan car supplied. Keira made sure everything went smoothly and even managed to organise the production and fitting of my new private number plates.

Experience a staff member who obviously didn't know how to deal with another customer before me, who was totally obnoxious in his use of words towards her, and it felt she hadn't had any training for these situations which didn't help the situation.

The booking in arrangements were very unsatisfactory. The booking in time was changed, the duration of the service was extended, my arrangements for the day were disrupted. As collection was difficult, the car was delivered to me next day.

Service fine. Unbelievably complex process to try and book on line (gave up and phoned) and overly complex to 'check in'. Frankly, it's a car not a spaceship - you know the age and mileage - tell me what I need to book. Cleaning was poor.

My winter health check was carried out in the time quoted and my car was handed back to me having been washed and vacuumed.

I was persuaded to leave the car a little longer than I had planned so that it could have a complementary wash and vacuum. Big disappointment when I found it had not been. Not the first time either with a Vertu dealership. Pretty rubbish really!

Health check information/video was nut discussed at vehicle handover as it was not available.

Thankfully, the intervention of Gareth Cornell ensured the issue was resolved but even then there were still some communication challenges i.e. when the car was collected there was no courtesy car delivered as was promised.

This is the third survey I believe you have sent to me and the second one I have responded to. I am still waiting on a call back and on my kast survey I was asked to reconsider my score - really! Not much point asking for an opinion .
