I went in for a brake fluid change and quoted £240 after a challenge as VW would do for £85 I got down to £110. After vehicle technician completed work and health check I was scare mongered into struts brakes quote that was £4000.

The service was excellent, but I did not receive the MoT certificate with the paperwork. I have contacted the service department and asked if they will send me the MoT certificate which they agreed to arrange. However I'm still waiting for it.

I booked my car in for its annual service as it is due in June. I confirmed this online and verbally twice. Came to collect the car and I'm not convinced any service was done. I was given a bill for a large amount of diagnostics-NOT an annual service

I received a very informative video of my car and the chap went through all the difference aspects of my car to show me that all was good.. apart from a small area underneath which has been slightly damaged , which I would like sorted soon.

The whole process went very smoothly and Charlotte was very good and helpful the only downside was vertu does not allow you to telephone the dealership direct you have to go through a call centre 300 miles away
