Nowadays a new car purchase seems to be a paperless experience which some older purchasers don't feel comfortable with. Vertu Motors/Mini should take note of this and offer an alternative.

We were initially nervous as were looking for a car through the motability scheme and thought we might be treated differently however we had the process explained clearly to us and our little boy was made to feel really special when we collected.

The service I was advised would take between 2-2.5 hours. I delivered the car for service at 19:30. However did not see the car until after 3:30!! I asked as I gave a dog so brought her with me as 2-2.5 hours was acceptable to have her with me!

I went in for a brake fluid change and quoted £240 after a challenge as VW would do for £85 I got down to £110. After vehicle technician completed work and health check I was scare mongered into struts brakes quote that was £4000.

The service was excellent, but I did not receive the MoT certificate with the paperwork. I have contacted the service department and asked if they will send me the MoT certificate which they agreed to arrange. However I'm still waiting for it.

I booked my car in for its annual service as it is due in June. I confirmed this online and verbally twice. Came to collect the car and I'm not convinced any service was done. I was given a bill for a large amount of diagnostics-NOT an annual service

I received a very informative video of my car and the chap went through all the difference aspects of my car to show me that all was good.. apart from a small area underneath which has been slightly damaged , which I would like sorted soon.

The car was collected from my home and delivered back to me afterwards. I was sent a video of some of the MOT work which was interesting. My car was washed and vacuumed before being returned to me. Very good service.

My husband waited with my motorbility mini during service. On booking we were told this could be 2-3 hours. Bearing in mind we had to travel from Brixham as our local dealership had closed. He actually waited 3-4 hours . Work not completed.

From reporting the faults it was 8 weeks before I could get an appointment, which is terrible. I can only assume so many Mini's and BMWs are breaking down the workshop is overloaded. When I did get see Kiera was great and the work completed well.

Everything was managed well with good online check in etc. They did order the wrong mirror so kept my car for an extra day. It was delivered back to me but they had forgotten to wash it so I needed to go back the following day. Staff were polite

I didn't receive a video of works or any notification of anything needed . So dropped it to 4 stars . Whilst I have a service plan I have no idea of costings of service or balance left on plan , it's a bit vague . My mini app doesn't seem to work
