The Sales staff at Vertu Exeter could not have been more helpful with the entire Sales process. A demo vehicle was provided and Charlotte Barlow was particularly helpful accommodating all our information requests.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Charlotte was just so incredibly helpful and nothing was too much for her. Whenever she was with other customers Chris and the team were there for myself and husband. Mini in Exeter are so fab.

From reporting the faults it was 8 weeks before I could get an appointment, which is terrible. I can only assume so many Mini's and BMWs are breaking down the workshop is overloaded. When I did get see Kiera was great and the work completed well.

Everything was managed well with good online check in etc. They did order the wrong mirror so kept my car for an extra day. It was delivered back to me but they had forgotten to wash it so I needed to go back the following day. Staff were polite
