Having bought a land rover from vertu exeter i was pleased at the exemplary service from mini exeter, as opposed to land rover who were rubbish in all ways other than taking money

The new car was handed over with sensor issues affecting almost everything! Initially it the permanent message that the tailgate was open meaning also that the rear camera wouldn't work. This should all have been checked and sorted before handover.

As above Charlotte Barlow made the whole experience a 5* one . Before I took early retirement I was a sales director for a property developer. If I was still working I would definitely poach her & get her to work for me . Her enthusiasm is contagious

Because the nearest garage is 50 miles away and I would prefer it nearer, as it use to be. Communication was poor, disjointed. Some confusion over a recall action I was completely unaware of.
