Considering I couldn't get to Barnstaple it was the customer service that sold this car. I think 3 times I was able to test drive the car putting himself out at weekend etc. could not have asked for more

I was made comfortable & was able to help myself to refreshments whilst my car went in for a recall. Also was offered a free wash & wax for my car.

Not friendly staff, and I still have a message on my Mini stating that I need a technician, so it appears that the error message has not been cleared off and appears on my screen still!! Maybe someone from mini can clear this off ..

The video sent by the mechanic was of very poor quality . I could not hear nor understand a word he said therefore the video explaining my service was pointless
